- Maintain and replenish office supplies

- Provide administrative support for:
- Recruitment, onboarding, and training
- Import and export of goods
- Sales documentation
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or equivalent (Mandatory)
- Minimum ‘O’ level qualification or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Comfortable researching online
- Ability to manage simple websites and social media platforms
