Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct First Article (FA) inspections, as well as ongoing inspections of incoming, outgoing, and in-process items to ensure product quality.
- Ensure adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and procedures for consistency and compliance.
- Operate and maintain precision measurement instruments, including Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), to ensure accurate product specifications.
- Inspect parts for cosmetic appearance and conformity to specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to guide inspection processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor to meet safety and operational standards.
- Contribute to cost reduction, quality improvement, and safety initiatives as part of continuous improvement efforts.
Job Requirements:
- Higher NITEC in technical engineering, or GCE 'O' Level with 1 year of experience in CMM programming or within a precision engineering manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and responsibility for tasks.
