Sales Associate

Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries and address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Sales:

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
• Participate in sales promotions and campaigns.

Store Operations:

• Enhances sales through effective and creative use of salesmanship techniques.Responsible for cash, credit and e-wallet sales handling in the store; immediately reports sales discrepancies to the area leader/store head.
• Ensure compliance with cashiering processes and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Conduct store inventory and provide reports to ensure that stock levels are healthy on a weekly basis.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's brand and values.

Education Requirement:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Vocational or Technical Training

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Cashier or in a similar role
• Proficient POS/computer skills
• Good oral and written communication
• Strong customer service skills
