  • Lead the development of polymer synthesis for paint and coatings.
  • Lead multiple projects in research innovation, product development and technical service.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Materials Science; A Master’s or PhD degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in polymer synthesis for coating applications.
  • Knowledge of polymer design, synthesis and characterization will be highly desired.
  • Hardworking and enthusiastic individuals with keen interest in chemical lab activities.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills, ability to work with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
  • Hands-on responsibility for implementing systematic recording of research results and technical projects.
  • Highly adaptable to a fast paced, dynamic environment and ability to perform under pressure.
