- Lead the development of polymer synthesis for paint and coatings.

Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Materials Science; A Master’s or PhD degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in polymer synthesis for coating applications.
- Knowledge of polymer design, synthesis and characterization will be highly desired.
- Hardworking and enthusiastic individuals with keen interest in chemical lab activities.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills, ability to work with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
- Hands-on responsibility for implementing systematic recording of research results and technical projects.
- Highly adaptable to a fast paced, dynamic environment and ability to perform under pressure.
