On behalf of our technology client, we are seeking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager with strong operational expertise to lead their Talent Acquisition team, streamline recruitment operations, and manage vendor partnerships. Proficiency in Excel and creating executive-level presentations is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Operations & Projects

  • Optimize TA processes, focusing on reporting, metrics, and performance insights to support recruitment objectives.
  • Drive strategic TA Initiatives, including process improvements, system implementations, and policy enhancements, to optimize recruitment operations and efficiency.
  • Develop visually impactful presentation decks and reports for key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate with vendors to align services with TA needs and manage vendor agreements.
  • Use advanced Excel for data analysis and hiring metric tracking.
  • Prepare concise approval documents to support strategic decisions.

Team Leadership

  • Lead a Talent Acquisition team, guiding data-driven recruitment practices.
  • Mentor team members, fostering collaboration and high performance.

Vendor Management

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with recruitment vendors.
  • Assess vendor performance, renegotiate terms, and manage contracts.
  • Lead the RFP/ RTP processes to evaluate and select suitable vendors based on organization needs

Requirements:

  • Min 10 years’ experience in TA operations and project management, including systems implementation/onboarding (e.g., SuccessFactors, workday etc.), RFP/RTP, vendor management and reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills for creating and presenting executive materials.
  • Proven ability to draft clear approval papers.
  • Experience leading a recruitment team is a must.
  • Skilled in vendor negotiation to meet recruitment goals.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in a matrix organization, with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong business analysis capabilities.
