Senior Human Resources Executive
Our client is an established industrial multinational and is seeking a Senior HR Executive to be part of their Regional HR Team.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Assist the COE Manager with L&D initiatives, including delivering and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills, promoting continuous learning, managing training data, and reporting progress to senior management.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, coordinate recruitment events, and support internship programs.
- Coordinate wellness programs to enhance employee engagement and contribute to employer branding activities.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of quality and environmental management systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- A minimum of a Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Professional HR certifications such as IHRP, SHRM will be highly desired.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR functions, preferably in learning and development.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office, HRIS, learning management systems or relevant software.
- Proactive, quick learner, and strong analytical abilities.
- Dedicated to continuous improvement and finding innovative solutions.
