Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Strategy Development:
  • Design and implement a global channel and partnership strategy that aligns with Mytepro’s expansion goals and software industry dynamics.
  • Identify target markets and segments, leveraging regional expertise to penetrate new territories.
  • Partner Identification & Recruitment:
  • Identify, evaluate, and recruit strategic channel partners, resellers, system integrators, and technology partners within the software industry.
  • Develop and maintain a robust partner pipeline and onboarding process.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Mytepro’s vision and values.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, resolving issues and driving collaborative growth.
  • Performance Management:
  • Establish and track strong KPIs for partner performance, including sales revenue, customer acquisition, market penetration, and partner engagement.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to monitor performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Sales Enablement & Training:
  • Develop and deliver training programs and enablement tools for partners to effectively position and sell Mytepro’s software solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to support channel-driven initiatives.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis:
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics within the software industry to refine partnership strategies and adapt to evolving conditions.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to drive product innovation and enhance competitive positioning.
  • Contract Negotiation & Governance:
  • Lead contract negotiations and establish clear partnership terms, including revenue sharing, performance incentives, and compliance measures.
  • Develop a partner governance framework to ensure adherence to brand standards, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with global sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership programs.
  • Represent Mytepro at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to build brand awareness and generate leads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in global channel management, strategic partnerships, or business development, preferably in the software/technology sectors.
  • Proven track record in driving significant revenue growth and expanding market share through effective channel strategies in the software industry.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working in global markets with an understanding of regional cultural and business nuances, particularly within the APAC region.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, partner management platforms, and sales analytics tools.
