Get to Know the Team
GrabRentals (GR) provides sustainable access to high-quality vehicles for hirer-partners, enabling them to earn income on the Grab platform without vehicle ownership, at the same time ensuring a steady supply of vehicles for the Grab marketplace.
The GR Marketing team drives lead generation through an omni-channel approach, supporting the Sales Team in connecting with driver- and delivery-partners in need of rentals. The team also manages in-app communications and collaborates on awareness and education campaigns. With a focus on customer experience, creativity, and marketing excellence, GR is dedicated to continuous improvement.
Get to Know the Role
Reporting to the Assistant Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement marketing strategies for GrabRentals (GR) campaigns, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to create and launch go-to-market plans.
This is an onsite role at Singapore's Grab Office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
• Communicate GR's product offerings to potential hirer-partners by monitoring campaign performance, optimising messaging, and making data-driven improvements to enhance audience engagement
• Manage GR's marketing channels, by creating engaging content for websites, social media, and managing advertising campaigns
• Conduct in-depth market research to understand driver needs and preferences, and develop strategies to strengthen brand image and awareness
• Plan and coordinate campaigns and events
• Collaborate with the creative marketing team members to create visually appealing marketing materials that align with GR's brand guidelines
• Be the bridge between GR and hirer-partners, translating complex schemes, products, and incentives into easy-to-understand, visually appealing information
• Improve UI/UX of digital touch points.
What Essential Skills You Will Need
• Minimum 1-3 years of marketing experience with understanding of digital funnel, and how to run online-to-offline campaigns with understanding of conversion metrics
• Proficient in analysing data and creating logical marketing strategies
• Fluency in English proficiency for effective communication and presentation
• Experience with collaboration building and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of Excel formula and functions, and Google applications
• Proficient in digital marketing applications like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Facebook Ads
