Sales Director APAC - Travel & Aviation Solutions
Hiring for a client , a leading software and technology company that powers the global travel industry, serving a wide range of travel companies including airlines, hoteliers, travel agencies and other suppliers. They are expanding their sales team in APAC and looking for a Sales Director for their Airlines & Aviation industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the APAC business development and strategies.
Responsibilities
- Building strategic relationships with customers, helping to identify opportunities for growth, finding solutions and crafting strategies to masterfully hit customer’s objectives.
- Lead the pipeline growth and business development activities for new airline clients
- Develop and maintain an Airlines growth strategy and roadmap- including development and maintenance.
- Monitor external trends, services and studies in order to incorporate new strategies, tools and methodologies to drive airline industry growth and innovation initiatives.
- Manage partnerships with the leading airline cloud service providers.
- Establish working relationships with industry contacts
- Provide technical thought leadership on leading application architecture frameworks, including application integration methodologies
- Preferably with experience/exposure in consulting business.
- Knowledge of Mandarin/ Cantonese language is a big advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 15+ years' of sales and business development experience
- 5+ years' of experience in Cloud solutions and Applications services practice
- IT Services and sales experience of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
