Job Description:
- Manager the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to closing
- Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, and maintain social media and professional networks to interact with potential candidates
- Stay current with industry hiring trends and talent market insights to guide hiring decisions.
- Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) database for new and future hires.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand specific hiring needs and ensure alignment with business goals
- Track recruitment metrics, analyze trends, and provide regular reports on sourcing success, time-to-hire, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Serve as brand ambassador at various events, such as career fairs or on-campus recruiting events and enhance employer branding
- Support in tasks and projects for other HR verticals
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or equivalent experience
- Preferably 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on talent sourcing, market research and talent mapping
- Passionate about people and culture, with strong service attitude
- Able to work independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Basic knowledge and understanding in the internet industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin is a plus for liaising with different stakeholders
