About the Role
As an experienced Senior / Video Editor who is able to work independently as part of a cross-functional team in a matrix organisation, you’ll help the client meet the needs of the publishers and maintain the momentum across engagement, satisfaction and boosting other sales funnels such as email marketing, events, etc.
- Owning the end-to-end video production process, which includes briefing, gathering requirements, ideation, project management, liaising with stakeholders and, most importantly, hands-on video editing.
- Editing and producing high-quality videos for YouTube and various social media platforms (YT long-form, YT Shorts, etc) while managing priorities and deadlines.
- Collaborating closely with the client’s Scaled Marketing team to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives such as video creation cadence (6-8 per quarter for optimisation and case studies), engagement levels (based on social media metrics), and end-user satisfaction (feedback from the publishers).
- Managing video assets and ensuring efficient workflow are in place and ready to be improved and optimised as the business needs evolves
- Creating motion graphics and basic visual effects as and when required.
About you
- Min of 5 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality video content for social media platforms either in an agency or in-house environment.
- Experience operating as a one-person operation across all parts of the video production process.
- High-level project and stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage and navigate project timelines and clashing priorities.
- A portfolio that showcases work delivered for global brands with a strong understanding of brand guidelines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to help bring the video concepts to life and secure a buy-in from all the stakeholders.
