Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, key contacts, and key personnel within client organizations to gather insights and secure business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and acquire new business prospects.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and maintain business relationships.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and/or team KPIs.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
  • Monitor sales performance against the annual plan and implement corrective measures if targets are not met.
  • Handle any additional tasks assigned by the Head of Department or Managing Director.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least five years of sales experience in Air Freight, preferably within the logistics sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and engaging personality.
  • Results-driven with a strong motivation to achieve sales targets
