  3. Store Maintenance & MerchandisingMaintain an organized and visually appealing beauty section.
    Ensure product displays are clean and well-stocked.
    Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.
  4. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term customer relationships.
    Provide follow-up consultations and recommend repurchases.
    Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally.

Job Requirements:

  1. Education & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent (a diploma in cosmetology or beauty-related fields is a plus).
    Previous experience in retail, beauty consulting, or cosmetics sales is preferred.
  2. Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty products.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to provide personalized customer service.
