Descriptions:
1. Serve as the PIC of HR role for the country or department, assisting managers in resolving HR issues. Address HR needs based on the requirements of the organizational managers, in line with HR-related policies and regulations, and help resolve HR issues.
2. Organizational Development Planning and Implementation: Propose organizational development needs based on business requirements, assist in organizational design, and promote implementation.
3. Recruitment and Staffing: Propose annual staffing plans and recruitment needs based on business requirements, drive the recruitment process, and manage staffing allocations.
4. Talent Development: Based on business development and personnel requirements, propose talent development needs, assist in formulating and promoting talent development plans.
5, Understand employees' thoughts and sentiments, conduct counseling sessions, act as the HR contact point for local employees, and handle employee complaints.
6. Promote and implement HR policies and systems.
7. As part of Xiaomi HR team, lead or participate in global or regional HR projects.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. Proficient in both English and Chinese Mandarin as working languages;
3. More than 5 years of relevant experience in human resources, with preference given to those with HRBP experience in large companies;
4. Experience in the mobile phone, e-commerce, internet, or other smart hardware industries is preferred;
5. Excellent verbal and communication skills, with strong coordination and interpersonal skills;
6. Outgoing personality, with good professional ethics and conduct;
7. Preference for local hires in each country.
8. Holding a Singapore citizenship or PR.
