  • Help update and maintain company management guidelines based on changes in law and regulations.
  • Ensure group companies follow these guidelines through regular checks.
  • Support the approval system for important business decisions (e.g., director changes, investments, dividends).
  • Assist in updating corporate profiles for the group companies.
  • Help establish procedures to track group companies’ business operations and financial performance.
  • Follow up on any deviations from the approved business plan.
  • Maintain business reports and filing systems.
  • Assist in preparing and verifying budgets, forecasts, and cost allocations.
  • Monitor financial performance, comparing budgeted vs actual figures.
  • Help manage and implement company policies, ensuring compliance.
  • Assist in creating and delivering compliance training for employees.
  • Organize and prepare minutes for meetings (e.g., Board of Directors, Shareholder meetings).
  • Ensure proper filing of meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate with external legal advisors.
  • Assist in reviewing and tracking contracts and legal documents.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma or degree in business, corporate governance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years in corporate support, legal, or compliance roles (less experienced candidates are welcome).
  • Familiarity with the Companies Act and regulations in Singapore.
  • Good organization, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a proactive attitude.
