  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Scientist with a strong foundation in AI and machine learning, combined ideally with a deep commitment or philosophy to social impact and public health. The ideal candidate will work with multidisciplinary teams to design and optimise AI models that address complex global challenges, from improving health systems to enhancing research-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine machine learning models for processing large-scale healthcare, education, and social data.
  • Work closely with public health experts and policymakers to translate AI insights into actionable deliverable agents and bespoke strategies.
  • Address AI hallucination risks by improving data quality and model reliability.
  • Design and deploy AI-driven solutions for real-world applications in healthcare and education.
  • Evaluate the ethical and social implications of AI models to ensure integrity and fairness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and machine learning frameworks.
  • Proven experience in working with healthcare, social impact, or public health data sets.
  • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning models.
  • Commitment to ethical AI development and a strong understanding of bias and data privacy issues.
