Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in formulating the integrated human resources management work plan between the parent company and Galaxy Overseas, and promote its implementation
  • Assist in promoting the localization of the parent company’s organizational personnel and human resources management policies in Galaxy Overseas.
  • Participate in establishing daily communication mechanism and information connection mechanism between the parent company and Galaxy Overseas, and promote its implementation.
  • Assist in establishing a pre-communication and post-filing mechanism for Galaxy’s important overseas personnel matters, and promote its implementation.
  • Assist the parent company in organizing cross-cultural training and exchanges with Galaxy Overseas.
  • Report work progress and major matters of Galaxy Overseas Human Resources Management to the parent company regularly /irregularly.
  • According to the overall management requirements of the parent company, make management suggestions for Galaxy’s overseas human resources work and organize the implementation of related specific work.
  • Assist the HR manager of Galaxy Overseas to complete the work related to the internal HR management of Galaxy Overseas.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the parent company, Galaxy Overseas and leaders.

Job Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in human resource management .
  • Familiar with human resource management of securities companies.
  • Familiar with Singapore’s labor laws and the cultural environment of the Southeast Asian market.
  • Have cross-cultural communication skills and be able to coordinate relationships with employees from diverse cultural backgrounds.
