• Responsible for payroll (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly) processing and handle payroll related matters

• Responsible for ad-hoc payments (e.g., final salary processing, medical claims, letter issuance)

• Responsible for statutory payment submissions, such as CPF, IR21, IR8A, and NS claim

• Responsible for submission of Government Paid Leaves (GPL)

• Generate monthly payroll reconciliation and reporting

• Review data changes such as employee information changes, new hires P-file, and leavers final payslip.

• Responsible for absentee payroll submission (WSG) and assist in insurance claim submission

• Support department with projects and attend to employee's HR-related queries

• Ensure all payroll computation and pay-out complies with different local regulations (e.g., MOM, CPF, IRAS)

• Strong attention to detail and fast resolutions of payroll disputes

• Timely submissions on government and insurance claims

• One-team mentality; zero blame culture, no politics

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager

• Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Admin or equivalent

• 2-3 years experience in handling payroll for 200 staff

• Ability to handle confidential information and work closely with blue-collar employees.

• Good communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of people.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently under a tight deadline in a fast-paced environment.

• Good knowledge of MS Office and Paymaster.
