Purpose: To be the first point of contact for both customer and factory on technical and operational issues. Responsible to lead the program team to resolve issues and constraints that will impact delivery schedule.
Key Area of Responsibilities:
- Communicate and align with customer and factory on the program delivery schedule.
- Ensure closure for quality-related issue with factory and customer.
- Review Engineering Change Order (ECO) changes and update the associate BOM to the latest revision.
- Lead the program team to address order material shortages so that Production build can be on schedule.
- Arrange shipment for Open Orders to meet customer needs.
- Communicate End of Life (EOL) items to customer to finalise its replacement.
- Support and participate in company continuous improvement program.
Qualification & Experiences:
- Degree in Engineering or other relevant qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience holding a senior manager appointment in the manufacturing industry.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required
- Good problem-solving skills
- Meticulous in details
- Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel functions
- Good communication skills
