Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced security professional to take on a new role as the Regional Security Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Zscaler-based SASE solutions. The primary focus will be to serve as the main point of contact and lead for Zscaler solutions for over 8 group companies across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary regional SME and contact point for all Zscaler-related queries and matters.
  • Manage and respond to requests from group companies regarding Zscaler, ensuring efficient resolution.
  • Assist group companies in developing and adjusting Zscaler policies to suit their specific needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate in the design and configuration of Zscaler.
  • Oversee vendor management activities to ensure third-party managed services meet the required support and service levels.
  • Liaise with the Head Office on all Zscaler-related matters.

Required Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in security engineering, with a strong background in security product administration and/or system administration.
  • Proven experience in implementing, supporting, and managing the roll-out of security solutions.
  • Experience working in multi-department and multi-country environments is advantageous.
  • Strong technical expertise in security solutions, project management particularly with Zscaler or similar platforms.
  • Security certifications are not required; practical experience is key.
