  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Main Responsibilities

  • Legal Support & Documentation: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including investment, partnership, vendor, and service agreements.
  • Regulatory & Compliance: Support regulatory compliance efforts across multiple jurisdictions, including securities laws, financial regulations, AML/KYC compliance, and data protection laws.
  • Corporate Governance: Assist in corporate structuring, entity management, and regulatory filings, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Transactions & Due Diligence: Conduct legal research and due diligence on potential investments, M&A transactions, token offerings, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential legal and compliance risks, providing recommendations to mitigate exposure.
  • External Coordination: Liaise with external counsel, regulators, and key stakeholders to support legal and compliance matters.
  • Policy Development & Training: Assist in the development of internal policies, training programs, and best practices to foster a strong culture of compliance within the organization.
  • Legal Operations: Maintain legal documentation, manage contract databases, and implement efficient legal processes to support business operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years & above of experience as a paralegal in a law firm or in-house legal department, preferably in fintech, blockchain, or financial services.
  • Strong background in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and commercial transactions.
  • Experience supporting complex deals, including M&A, partnerships, and token offerings.
  • Knowledge of global financial regulations, securities laws, AML/KYC requirements, and data protection laws.
  • Strong legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate evolving regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Prior experience working with Web3, fintech, or cryptocurrency-related matters is highly preferred.
