
Admin cum Accounts Executive ( 5 Days / Up to $3000 / Serangoon)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin cum Accounts Executive to join our team. This role combines administrative and accounting responsibilities to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Accounting:
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Administration:
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and handling office supplies.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Assist with the preparation of documents and presentations.
- Support HR functions, such as work pass renewals and leave management.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers.
- Coordinate between office and site for worker arrangements.
- Purchase hardware or arrange transportation as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in both accounting and administrative roles.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
