Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for sales, negotiation and monitoring of contracts for marine customers designated as Key Accounts (KA).
  • Work strategically with KA and management of the KA including development & execution of KA Plans by conducting Market and Customer analysis, segment the customers and prioritize to capture potential.
  • Utilize sales tools to spot and capture business opportunities.
  • Understand the customers' processes and strive to influence customers' decision-making process.
  • Add value to KA by supporting customers on their installed based and bring forward solutions to the right stake holders to improve performance of their equipment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from recognized university, in Mechanical or Marine Engineering or related.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in developing & managing Key Accounts and at least 5 years of experience in technical sales of products & services in Marine industry.
  • Well-versed with development and execution of sales strategies and has also demonstrated proven track record of over-achievement in your current or previous work capacity.
  • Strong with data analytics, using both offline and online channels to grow sales.
  • Proactive, service minded, strong in customer care and take quick actions.
  • Self-motivated team player with strong customer focus.
  • Knowledge of relevant products e.g. separators, heat exchangers, fresh water generators, boilers &/ or inert gas systems is preferred.
