- Bachelor's degree in any field with 34 years of relevant experience. Diploma or A-Level holders with strong experience may also be considered.
- Strong interest in entertainment, especially Chinese drama, with a good understanding of storytelling and audience engagement.
- Proficient in Chinese language, both written and spoken.
- Candidate has to come with computer literacy.
- Skilled in writing engaging scripts with solid research abilities.
- Strong communicator, team player, and highly passionate about storytelling in the entertainment industry.
