Key Responsibilities:
Accounting:
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Administration:
- Apply for various grants and manage grant documentation.
- Oversee human resources (HR) tasks, including employee records, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and ordering supplies.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in AR and AP management.
- Familiarity with grant application processes and HR functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
