Job PurposeKey purpose of Incumbent is to provide support to the various distribution channels in terms of case management on HNW submissions, as well as the fulfilment process for Agency financing submissions. You will participate and assist the Lead in projects related to process improvements as and when required. The incumbent will report to the Lead of Case Management.The Job
  • Responsible for Case Management across various distribution channels
  • Prelim Submissions: Co-ordinate prelim enquiry submission and ensure fast turnaround for requirements gathering
  • Formal Submissions: Co-ordinate submission of formal applications, ensuring completeness of submission documentation & receipt of the hardcopy proposal pack
  • Provide timely updates re Letter of Conditional Acceptance (LCA) and Standard Letter of Query (SLQ)
  • Handle queries related to submitted preliminary and formal cases
  • Provide regular & timely pending cases update to the distribution platform (BDMs and Distribution Reps)
  • Any other tasks and duties assigned by the Team Lead or Head of Department
  • Facilitate premium financing applications as part of case management
  • Track and maintain agreed Turnaround times for all HNW submissions and financing applications
  • Preparation of regular reports on financing submissions and Cash Surrender Values (CSVs) for all financing partners
  • Familiarise with the underwriting process
  • Support department Business Continuity Management activities and meet Compliance requirements for business continuity planning
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders on Audit/ Compliance Reporting
  • Update, maintain and organize HNW Client Management Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
  • Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the insurance sector
  • Proactive and good teamwork
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem solving skills and business acumen
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese language
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
  • Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
