Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key market players, specifically metal roofers, steel fabricators, metal roof installers, and industrial building contractors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted industries.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customers need to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any escalations proactively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong existing relationships with metal roofers, steel fabricators, metal roof installers, and industrial building contractors is a MUST.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in B2B industrial, construction, or manufacturing sectors. Perferbly within the steel industry/ building.
  • Proven track record in managing key accounts and closing high-value deals.
  • Experience in selling metal roofing or aluminum roofing products is highly preferred.
  • Candidates with a strong network in selling related roofing products, such as roof fasteners, skylights, roof ventilators, roof safety lines, roof insulation, steel structures, and cold-form steel for purlins, will also be considered.
