- Work together with engine & module planning teams to ensure component repairs meet build schedule
- Handle daily planning tasks in ICRON scheduling tool with inputs from respective component repair cells regarding man and machine capacity
- Lead daily component repair production meeting with component repair cell planners to monitor the progress versus plan, adjust plan when required, and escalate when repairs cannot meet plan
- Responsible for repair scheduling logic in ICRON, implement changes to scheduling logic according to business needs and changes
- Prepare production schedules and performance charts, obtain feedback for evaluation and future improvement
- Participate in repair cell capacity review, and make recommendations on utilization of labour and equipment resources
- Develop plans outlining production targets, budgets, objectives, and schedules and ensure that these plans are followed. Monitor the production process and adjust schedules as needed to meet production demands
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company regulations
- Degree in Engineering / Operations Management / Business Analytics / Mathematics / Computer Science
- 5 years of experience in aerospace MRO or production planning function is strongly preferred
- Good analytical skills and ability to communicate with all levels of staff
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Knowledge in SAP and/or Power BI would be an advantage
