- Focus: Customer Service - Call/Contact Centre Experience
- Office location: Central
- 44hrs per week/ 5.5 days work shift
- Must be able to work weekends/ public holiday on rotating schedule
- Comfortable to work night shift
- Minimum O Levels graduate
- Strong communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience is preferred.
- Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.
- Perform outbound calls to users who leave callback
- Handle responses via the Chatbot Agent would need to be able to take stress of answering calls from members of public
- Handle emails as assigned by the team leader
- Ad hoc duties as required by the team leader
