Solutions growth and package design

  • In consultation with the Redmart campaigns and commercial teams, design new advertising packages or propose improvements to existing packages to increase advertising revenue, while delivering ROI to our vendors and merchants.
  • Drive adoption of pay-per-click solutions (e.g. search advertising) among Redmart vendors and merchants.

Advertising operations and governance

  • Oversee end-to-end governance of Redmart Marketing Solutions, including but not limited to solutions booking processes, policies, scheduling and prioritisation.
  • Manage backend booking platform and billing process.

Reporting and steering

  • Manage reporting and dashboarding requirements; monitor and report on Redmart advertising revenues on a regular basis and make recommendations to drive incremental revenues.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in advertising / retail media operations, campaign management, digital marketing operations, or e-commerce operations.
  • Strong operational and executional skills, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
  • Solid understanding of online advertising workflows, campaign tracking, and performance optimization.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis, with the ability to generate reports and insights.
  • Experience handling financial transactions such as invoicing, billing, and reconciliations.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Experience with advertising platforms, media buying, or ad-serving technologies.
  • Ability to understand business objectives and align operational processes to support them.
  • Experience in project management and process automation to improve workflow efficiencies.
