Alternatively, candidates with strong learning abilities and experience in similar large-scale systems will also be considered.Outstanding market insight and strategic judgment, with the ability to identify trends and market opportunities in a fast-changing environment.Strong execution and leadership skills, capable of driving complex projects and leading large cross functional teams teams.Excellent data analysis skills with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support product and business decisions.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.Top-tier university background (domestic or overseas) and fluency in English preferred.Experience in stocks, forex, crypto spot/derivatives trading, or quantitative trading is a plus.Nice to Haves:Relevant experience in a global high-tech company.Strong passion for crypto/Block Chain.Global exposure and a cross-cultural mindset.Certain Mandarin understanding level.Perks & Benefits
