TasksThe Head of Global Marketing APAC is responsible for:
  • Develop APAC B2C and B2B marketing strategies, create local content, implement activities, and optimize performance
  • Define a targeted, personalized, customer-centric B2B/B2C content strategy, including execution and policy guidelines
  • Adapt and implement global B2B/B2C marketing strategies to fit local needs while ensuring alignment with Lufthansa Group airlines in APAC
  • Oversee marketing KPIs, set intelligence standards, and evaluate strategies
  • Define 360 marketing strategies, including campaigns, sponsorships, partnerships, social media, and community engagement
  • Lead a team of 4 direct reports and 16 functional team members across APAC
  • Drive a data-driven, KPI-focused, customer-oriented marketing culture
  • Participate in other duties as assigned

  • High school certificate, A level/Abitur or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Master's degree desirable
  • 10 years of relevant professional experience required
  • Team lead experience required required
  • Experience in leading virtual teams across several locations is an asset
  • English language required
  • German language desirable
  • Knowledge of the Asian/Pacific Aviation Market required
  • Computer skils as user
  • Excellent business sense
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent project Management
  • Excellent productivity driven
  • Excellent strategic thinking
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Responsible of employees
