Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract talent across different functions and seniority;
  • Oversee job postings, manage interview processes, and guide new employee onboarding;
  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders by understanding business objectives and aligning HR strategies to meet those goals;
  • Manage employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner;
  • Develop and execute performance evaluation frameworks, set KPIs, and monitor employee growth and satisfaction;
  • Assist the performance management process to ensure regular feedback, goal-setting, and performance evaluations are taking place;
  • Advise managers on performance improvement plans (PIPs) and development strategies for underperforming employees;
  • Ensure the company’s HR policies and practices are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an HRBP or HR generalist role, with a focus on supporting fast-growing, innovative companies;
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employee relations, with a particular focus on the tech or finance sectors;
  • Previous experience in the cryptocurrency, fintech, or blockchain industry is highly preferred;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills;
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin due to the need to communicate with stakeholders.
