  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Due to business expansion, they are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior FP&A Manager to join their team here in Singapore. This role will be instrumental in driving financial planning, performance analysis, and business strategy to support our expansion and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business objectives.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for performance tracking, investment analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Partner with operations, marketing, and supply chain teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and internal policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, CFA, CPA, or ACCA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in regional FP&A, preferably with 2 years + experience within F&B, Retail/E-commerce industry
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and business forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
