  • Proven team management experience, including leading both local and remote teams.
  • Strong regional exposure across SEA markets.
  • Prior experience in a Big 4 firm and a US MNC is highly preferred.
  • Experience managing outsourced vendors and third-party service providers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
