Job Responsibilities:

Updating and enforcing policies, guidelines, and processes related to IT Application security, governance, and risk management.
Overseeing IT systems design and implementation to ensure adherence to security standards, development processes, and change management guidelines.
Troubleshooting and resolving system issues across different environments (development, testing, production).
Implementing monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the ongoing security and operational reliability of IT systems.
Managing IT system performance and availability, addressing issues promptly to minimize disruption. Ensure security and compliance across all infrastructure and software deployments.
Supporting IT Helpdesk activities and ensuring effective tracking and resolution of support tickets raised.
Automate repetitive tasks to increase efficiency and consistency.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Min 5 years experience as a Senior Technology DevOps Engineer or in similar IT roles.
Min 2 years experience in administering and supporting ERP System (Synergix preferred), HR System, MS Sharepoint and Corporate Website.
PMI certified or experience in Agile project methodology is an advantage.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) with strong process automation and scripting skills (Python, C++, RPA Tools etc.).
