Position Overview:
As a Quality Management Intern, you will assist our Quality Assurance team in establishing and maintaining the ISO 9001 QMS. You will gain hands-on experience in quality management principles, documentation practices, and continuous improvement processes. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about ISO standards and contribute to the development of our quality management framework.
Responsibilities:
• Support QM Documentation: Assist in the creation, revision, and maintenance of QM documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and forms.
• Data Analysis: Help analyze quality data and metrics, generate reports, and identify trends or areas for improvement.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives by participating in root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and effectiveness reviews.
• Audit Assistance: Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating audit logistics.
• Training Support: Aid in the development and delivery of QM training materials and sessions for employees.
• Compliance Monitoring: Assist in monitoring compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Project Assistance: Work on special projects related to quality management and process optimization as assigned
Requirement:
• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Process and Systems Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Recent graduates may also be considered.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of quality management principles, ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001), and quality tools (e.g., root cause analysis, statistical analysis) is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards taking on new challenges.
• Resume stating nationality and school name due to MoM requirement, Singaporeans/PR preferred.
