- Responsible for managing facilities and workplace operations across all APAC sites (Singapore, China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Vietnam), ensuring they meet the needs of the business units and stakeholders.

- Work closely with Procurement and Finance teams to manage the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle effectively and oversee vendor management across multiple APAC countries.
- Engage with business unit stakeholders across APAC to understand and deliver on workplace and facilities expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement in workplace and facilities processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the region.
- Set up and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with FM partners, regularly reviewing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and conducting Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings.
- Lead the food program across all APAC offices, enhancing employee experience by offering a variety of options and maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction.
- Manage food vendors, ensuring high standards of hygiene and service quality are consistently met across the region.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and internal statutory audits related to Corporate Real Estate and Workplace (CREW) for all APAC offices.
- Ensure that all processes and documentation are properly aligned with audit requirements, maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
- Develop and manage regional budgets (Capex & Opex), ensuring alignment with Marvell's strategic goals and operational needs across APAC.
- Track and report on budget utilization, ensuring investments are made wisely in infrastructure improvements across multiple APAC locations.
- Focus on infrastructure resiliency and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) in collaboration with the EHS team to maintain a safe and healthy environment for employees.
- Ensure ServiceNow (and future Planon) tickets are managed and closed in accordance with SLA requirements across APAC locations.
