- Ensure compliance to donor intent and data protection in gift administration.
- Plan and manage budget for events / activities.
- Coordinate and draft minutes for quarterly Fundraising Committee meetings, when necessary.

- Degree in Arts & Social Sciences / Business / Communications / Marketing / Media / Social Services.
- Minimum 8 years' relevant working experience, with 3-5 years in a leadership position.
- Experience and knowledge of cultivating and stewarding donors and organising fundraising events.
- Solid project management skills.
- Preferably with experience in budgeting for fundraising, donor relations and communications activities.
- Knowledge of fundraising software and CRM systems is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability in developingcontent for printed and online platforms.
- High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic, analytical, meticulous and resourceful self-starter.
- Takes initiative and is service-oriented.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Creative with the courage to push boundaries.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
