Job Description:Join us in Transforming Lives Together!Pathlight School is the first autism-focused school in Singapore to offer the national curriculum together with life readiness skills. It caters to students on the autism spectrum with related conditions, aged 7 to 18 years, who are cognitively able to access national curriculum but require additional support such as smaller class sizes, special accommodations and teaching staff trained in autism.The Student Affairs teamis responsible for all admissions and student well-being matters, championing parent engagement initiatives to build parents as teaching and learning partners.As an Assistant Executive, your Impact and Contribution includes:Front Desk & Reception
  • Attend to walk-in queries, phone calls, voice mails, incoming and outgoing mails
  • Manage the room booking system
  • Manage and maintain sick bay for students and ensure first-aid kit items are well-stocked for emergencies
General Administration
  • Print and disseminate communication letters to students
  • Manage and update of student data and files
  • Process student-related matters including SMART card applications, Disability Data Registry applications and bus transport subsidies
  • Ensure all moneys (e.g. school fees) collected are accounted for with our Finance Department
  • Update and maintain notice boards
  • Ensure well-maintained key issuance system & security passes for visitors
  • Ensure adequate stock of stationery & spare uniforms and to place orders when required
  • Support school events/activities
Requirements:
  • Min. O Level / ITE / NITEC certificate
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in related administrative fields
  • Good customer service skills
  • Strong organisational skills with a strong orientation for details
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
  • Desire to learn about Autism and the passion to help special needs students
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
