  • Assist in commission payments for agents & freelance salesman & related matters
  • Generate Monthly Financial Reports
  • Handles Full sets of accounts using Quickbook software
  • Monthly analysing of cost of purchase and wastage.
  • Maintain Fixed Asset Register
  • Facilitate repair and purchase of kitchen equipment

HR & ADMIN

  • Manage and control HP payment & interest on HP on a timely basis every month
  • Involved in hiring & conducting interviews/exit interviews
  • Assist to check on CPF, SDL other HR matters
  • Counter check payroll amount, monitor & control staffs advances taken
  • Maintain Staff files (Leave, MC, Appointment Letter & Particulars)
  • Manage & Control Biometric Access Of All Staffs
  • Submission Of CPF

Requirement

  • Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently
  • Possess good customer services experience
  • Strong leadership with good people skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
  • Sound and proven leadership abilities, resilience, and maturity
  • Strong business sense
  • Highly skilled at bringing a team together and getting them on board to your way of thinking.
  • Positive work attitude and a high level of energy
  • Excellent time management and people skills
  • Min O Levels
  • Minimum 2 years of F&B management Experience
