As an Accounts Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day accounting activities and group/statutory reporting of 2-3 entities.Job Description:
  • Accounts Receivable: Invoicing & Collections
  • Accounts Payable: Record supplier/consultant invoices & payments
  • General Ledger & Fixed Asset: Journals, reconciliations, month-end closing
  • Statutory: GST & any other indirect tax returns, audit, tax, and corporate secretarial matters
  • Group reporting: Daily, weekly, monthly
  • Liaise with project team, customers, suppliers, auditors, tax agents & bankers
  • Team player who can work collaboratively with people and teams within the business and with external parties.
  • Ability to identify, communicate and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Meticulous in recording accounting entries correctly and completely, ensuring accuracy in financial reports. Good understanding of accounting, taxation and other statutory compliance requirements applied to your work.
  • Ability to understand and analyze financial data and provide explanation and communicate insights.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in accounting & finance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamic accounting system would be an advantage
  • Prior experience in outsourced accounting services company or MNC group finance handling multiple entities for advertising, consultancy, services will be highly relevant.
