  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Purpose
  • The Train Service Controller (Trains) is part of the team for the North-South & East-West Line Operations Control Centre.
Responsibilities
  • Train Control duties which include regulating train service in an efficient and safe manner.
  • Liaison duty in ensuring information flow and Communication are executed promptly and accurately including fault reporting and processing of track access activities.
  • Communication duty in ensuring delay and disruption information are disseminated to all stakeholders promptly and accurately.
  • Able to work on 3 rotating shifts, including duties on weekends and on public holidays.
Qualifications & Work Experience
  • Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
Skills
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills and able to work independently as well as in a team environment with individuals of diverse backgrounds.
  • Must be highly motivated and work under pressure and handle stress.
  • Able to think strategically and analyses systematically to make sound and safe decisions.
