  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB PURPOSESupport the Division of Surgery in the planning and setup activities leading to operational readiness and licensing of the respective facilities (Day Surgery and Major Operating Theatres, Endoscopy Centre, CSSD, Surgical Skills Lab and Intensive Care Unit)MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work with manager and key stakeholders to support the activities in the following key areas:
  • Procurement
  • Administrative and secretariat support for purchase related activities for medical and non-medical equipment including hospital wide standardisation of equipment and workflows, management of funds, procurement, evaluation and award
  • Management of timelines to ensure timely follow-up and closure of key action items
  • Logistics and meeting arrangements
  • Operations
  • Support of surgical facilities in the service development, facility expansion through analysis of service needs
  • Data collection and analysis to support justification and utilization studies
  • Support the day to day running of ground operations of surgical facilities
  • Support secretariat duties of departmental, divisional and enterprise meetings
  • Assist in the development and refinement of workflows, and the communication to ground staff and relevant stakeholders
  • Where directed by Head or Director, Clinical Operations (Surgical), to support in other WH-related projects and tasks.
