Ensure alignment with business requirements including process analysis, design/re-design and/or organization structure definition.Skills Required:
- Good understanding of Recruiting processes
- Experience with two or more SuccessFactors Recruiting Implementation and/or Support projects and certification essential.
- Understanding of data flow and associations within the Recruiting process steps from Request creation/posting to hire
- Experience with all SuccessFactors Recruiting configurations associated with Job Requisitions, Applications, Candidate Profiles, Offers, Applicant Statuses and Employee Central to Recruiting integrations
- Experience with Ad hoc reporting
- Solid understanding of data flow and associations within the Recruiting process steps from Req creation/posting to hire
- Deep experience with all SuccessFactors Recruiting configurations associated with Job Requisitions, Applications, Candidate Profiles, Offers, Applicant Statuses and Employee Central to Recruiting integrations.
- Ability to lead the SuccessFactors Recruitment stream, delivering and deploying solutions.
