Job Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks as required.
- Conduct routine servicing of equipment, including cleaning, preparing chemicals, replenishing coolant/hydraulic oils, and managing machining waste disposal.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workspace in accordance with 5S principles.
- Ensure workplace facilities remain clean, well-maintained, and fully operational.
- Inspect and test safety mechanisms to confirm proper functionality.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and oversee equipment and supply inventory.
- Report any operational concerns or equipment issues to the Production Manager.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery or systems to identify potential faults.
- Ensure all operational procedures comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and internal guidelines.
- Uphold the company’s ethical and operational policies.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, specializing in facility and machine maintenance.
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Vocational, Technical, or Engineering institute.
