Job Duties:

  • Responsible for the taking of quantities, sourcing subcontractors and suppliers, pricing and preparation of submission.
  • Assist in sourcing of materials and gather sample material for project use.
  • Call for sub-contractors and suppliers quotation.
  • Compare sub-contractors and supplier pricing for tenders and awarded projects.
  • Prepare PO for awarded supplier and subcontractors.
  • Manage progress claim, progress payment and VO claims for awarded projects.
  • Able to complete tasks within timeline.
  • Tender and contract documents administration, prepare quotation/BQ, Cost Estimate, Cost Control and Budgeting.
  • Project administration and documentation

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering/ Building/ Construction Management or related fields
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in Retails, Offices and Other Commercial Interior Fit-out coordination.
  • Good knowledge in cost and quality control, resource planning and on-site operations
  • Proficient in MS Office and possesses good communication skills.
  • Responsible, good team player and able to work under pressure.
