Recruitment Specialist

- 5 days' work week
- Work location: Either near Tanjong Pagar or Paya Lebar MRT Stations (subject to applicant's preference)
- Salary range up to S$4,000 (excluding commission)

Your Role:
- Conduct initial candidate assessments through phone or virtual screenings to evaluate qualifications for permanent, contract, and temporary positions.
- Source and identify top talent by leveraging databases, job portals, networking, online recruitment platforms, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Provide career guidance and consultation to candidates, ensuring a strong match between job seekers and client hiring needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, fostering a consultative recruitment approach.
- Proactively build a pipeline of qualified candidates to anticipate hiring needs and ensure a steady talent supply.
- Represent the company at career fairs and industry events to expand networks and engage with passive candidates.
- Meet and exceed performance KPIs monthly targets/objectives set by management.
The ideal candidate should be/have:
- Diploma/Degree holders with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Junior recruiters with a passion for connecting people with opportunities.
- Those who are CEI certified will be a bonus.
- Individuals with no prior recruitment experience are encouraged to apply if they are proactive, driven, and have a positive attitude.
- Resilient, independent, and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a SME environment is highly desirable.
