We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to manage employee relations and HR operations across Singapore (SG) and Malaysia (MY). This role is responsible for handling key HR processes, from employee relations and compliance to payroll and HR systems management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment laws and best practices within these regions, ensuring smooth HR operations and proactive solutions to workplace trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in handling employee relations matters for SG and MY
- Offer letter issuance
- Conducting reference checks
- Drafting employment & freelancers contracts
- Online administration
- Employees insurance matters + onboarding/offboarding, claims, queries etc
- UKG update – onboarding/offboarding, changes + approvals
- Payroll via Immedis
- HR support for staff as required
- UKG migration and implementation as required
- Diagnostic and action plan for HR issues
- Partner with in market leadership roles on all HR matters
- Adhoc matters as requested
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR operations with a focus on employee relations, contracts, payroll, and compliance in Singapore (SG) and Malaysia (MY).
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and labor regulations in both SG & MY.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems (e.g., UKG, Immedis, iAccess, HROnline), including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll processing.
