This role will provide accounting support for our business operations in Singapore, focusing on the financial management of live projects and events at a leading MNC.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation of various reports and analysis as required to provide value add assistance to the business
  • Assist in preparation of month end pack and reports to regional finance team
  • Data entry to accounting system
  • Enter payment details into online banking systems after all approvals are obtained as per SOA
  • Preparation of financial settlements and be on site for events/projects
  • Placement of events/projects related insurance
  • Project reconciliation
  • Filing of withholding tax, GST and other tax matters
  • Assist in office admin matters on ad hoc basis
  • Other varied accounts duties to support the team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably with multi-entity exposure.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as MYOB, Xero, and Oracle is a plus.
